The original glass conservatory roof

With many designs available such as Georgian, Victorian, Lean-to, P shape and gable fronts, our roofs are the perfect solution for any home.

Developed over 30 years ago and engineered to postcode, the Ultra-Frame glass roof system provides high quality reliability and is highly configurable making it the go-to solution for every conceivable glass conservatory roof design.

Ultra-frames specialist software engineers every critical element of the roof to withstand the most extreme weather conditions. Our patented chambered top caps combined with twin-bolts and the sturdiest most durable gaskets and glazing stops ensure the roof can withstand winds up to 120mph.

Pitches are available from 2.5 degree to 40-degree, variable ridges and portal systems also means the glass roof is configurable to almost and shape and size.

Compatible with Ultra-Frames insulated pelmet, cornice, super insulated columns and available in any colour and an unrivalled range of glazing options. Our patented adjustable speed-locks, optimise glazing bar compression, make the roof simple to fit, ensuring a fast and efficient installation.

Conservatory glass for year-round comfort

Getting the most out of your conservatory, orangery or sunroom is a crucial consideration when deciding on the glass specification of both the roof and the side-frames.

Our Planitherm 4S Stay-cool glazing is the perfect solution  and offers remarkable benefits both in the hot summer months and the cold winter months.

STAYCOOL glazing uses the latest glass technology to reflect 78% of the suns heat away from the conservatory roof glass.

STAYCOOL  roof glass is self- cleaning which uses the rain to clean the glass and reduces the glare of the sun by 68%.

The sidewalls of the conservatory also incorporate solar-control double-glazing and both the roof and sidewalls have double-glazing with a u value of 1.0 to maximise heat retention in the winter ensuring year-round comfort.

Contemporary styled orangery roof with fewer bars and no bulky radius ends

Our orangeries are designed for medium to spectacular spans, the super strong ridge and Ultraspan invisible, integrated structural goal post means there are less bars, more light and no compromise on design.

A super strong ridge creates a minimalist contemporary design with fewer bars that can be installed in half the time of a traditional orangery.

Internally the integrated variable width insulated pelmet creates the orangery look, and provides housing for spotlights and speakers.

Externally, a choice of 4 decorative cornices provide the look of an orangery fascia while bars extend to the eaves beam.

A fully thermally broken system inside and out combined with an internal insulated pelmet as standard, makes the Ultrasky Roof extremely thermally efficient.

For large spans add an Ultraspan structural goal post that’s hidden inside the Ultrasky Roof and takes the weight of the roof away from bi-folds or sliding doors.

Ultrasky Roof includes the unique Stormshield that provides a triple layer protection against extreme weather at the ridge ends.

Loggia system

Our Ultra-Sky orangeries can also be integrated with aluminum loggia columns for a traditional or modern appearance. With its magnificent exterior, the first impression will be of superbly constructed elegance and the lasting impression will be of an investment well made.

By using the finest quality materials on the internal specification, your Loggia will posses an inner strength and solidity which will last for years. The Loggia full height columns feature additional structural steelwork and are anchored to the foundations for absolute structural integrity, making it four times stiffer than a conventional conservatory.

The columns are super insulated with a core of styopor carbon enriched EPS, giving you exceptional insulation, performance and strength. You will also find that using the Loggia columns, site installation is vastly speeded up on site.
